Daily Tasks MAC Admin/Project Engineer include:
  -Single & only technician providing campus wide support for around 30 MAC users in a campus of 6000+ PC users.

  -Build and maintain a MAC network to cooperate within a corporate PC environment.

  -Created “How-To” type documentation for MAC users on topics such as Email, FTP, and changing Active
    Directory passwords in MAC OS environment.

  -Enabling PC/MAC network file sharing & remote desktop.

  -Maintaining MAC OS X server for file storage/backup.

  -Limiting users’ access within MAC OS environment. Restricting permission to sensitive areas of the OS,

    including system files and software installs that could potentially conflict with stableenvironment.

  -Setting up a Power File Jukebox server for archival purposes.

  -Enabling MAC’s to access MS Exchange Server through use of Entourage

  -Software inventory. Including but not limited to single & site licenses, warranties, & proofs of purchase.

  LCD’s, & keyboard replacements).
